Hermelis Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Hermelis experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

  • If your item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days, and we’ll make it right.

How to Start a Return

To begin your return, contact us at info@hermelis.com. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label and instructions.

Please note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds or Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit—your choice.

  • Refunds typically appear within 7–10 business days of processing.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the EU: You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
